Terms of Service

These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of the NT Rides website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Bookings and Cancellations

All bookings are subject to availability. If a booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time, 50% of the booking amount will be refunded. For cancellations made prior to 24 hours, a full refund may be provided at our discretion minus any processing fees.

2. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers must ensure they are ready at the designated pickup time. NT Rides includes complimentary wait time as specified in your booking confirmation; however, excessive delays may incur additional hourly charges or result in cancellation without refund.

3. Vehicle Capacity and Luggage

Each vehicle class has strict maximum capacities for both passengers and luggage due to safety regulations. If your party exceeds the requested vehicle's capacity upon pickup, the driver may refuse service or require an additional vehicle to be booked at your expense.

4. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, our services with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
